Step-by-Step Instructions

1.Freeze the Banana Base :Crucial for thick, soft-serve consistency.

Peel and slice a ripe banana into coin-sized pieces. Freeze in a single layer for at least 4 hours or overnight. (Do not skip freezing; fresh bananas will yield a thin smoothie).

2.Load the Blender Container :Liquid first prevents protein powder from sticking to blades.

Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in this order: 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, optional sweetener, frozen banana slices, and 1 cup of ice cubes.

3.Blend on High Speed :Stop to scrape sides as needed.

Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds. Use the blender tamper or pause to scrape down the sides until all ice and frozen banana chunks disappear into a smooth, thick consistency.

4.Adjust Consistency & Sweetness :Add a splash of milk to loosen, or ice to thicken.

Check the texture: if too dense to blend, add 1–2 tablespoons of almond milk. Taste and adjust sweetness if your protein powder is unsweetened.

5.Serve in a Chilled Glass :Best eaten with a spoon!.

Pour or spoon the mixture into a pre-chilled glass or dessert bowl. Serve immediately with a spoon or thick straw.
