Step-by-Step Preparation & Core Sealing

1.The Cryogenic Core Preparation :Solidify lipids to delay melting inside the oven.

Line a flat plate with parchment paper. Using a spoon or small scoop, drop 12 individual portions of Nutella (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the paper. Slide the plate into the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until the hazelnut spread is firm and solid enough to handle cleanly without sticking.

2.The Aerated Lipid Creaming Phase :Incorporate micro air pockets into the fat matrix.

Preheat your oven to $175^\circ\text{C}$ ($350^\circ\text{F}$) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated white sugar together on medium-high speed until the mixture is light, fluffy, and visibly pale.
